Anyway help welcome!
1st three occasions: The Acer service technicians came down to my house (onsite service) three saturdays in a row to try and the bluetooth mouse disconnect problem. (change mouse, update drivers, change motherboard). All did not fix the problem.
4th Occasion: I requested them to take back the S7 for 4 days to troubleshoot and they say they updated the drivers but still same problem.
5th Occasion: I ask them to collect from my office two days ago to send back for thorough checking. And they brought a loaner acer.
I have requested them to change to S7-392 or other ultrabook but they say they will check(does that mean no politely?).
It is really very embarrasing. Does anyone out there has this nightmare? It is really causing me a lot of problems as I am a IT Trainer using it for training, seminars, courseware, etc.
Bad publicly as it disconnect so often that my audience and students will never want a Acer ever!
BTW My case ID [edited for privacy]
deeply disaapointed

Apparently very many S7s have this problem. There is nothing one can do but never buy an Acer again.

Bought this ultrabook (used) and have the same problem. I saw one post here (archived from 2013) that some people solved this problem by installing a specific version of the bluetooth /wi-fi drivers. The thing is that I don't find this version on Acer website, as they say at the topic...
download following from ACER sypport site:
Qualcomm Atheros WLAN and Bluetooth Client Installation Program V11.43 in a zip file (232mb).
