Hello,
I am thinking of buying a Acer Aspire V5-573G, the 5420121Taii model to be more exact.
I do have a question though which is make or brake:
Can I attach a mSATA SSD inside it? Does it have a slot along side the regular spinning HDD which comes standard? I would like to use them both if possible.
Also, is it hard to open the back panel of the laptop and access the internals?
Thank you.

I will look into this with our engineering group to help determine if this model has an active mSATA connector.

I was informed if the unit did not ship with an mSATA drive the connector may not be there. Here in the US none of our models ship with an mSATA SSD card.
If you still decide to purchase this model and want to check if there is an mSATA connector, then the entire lower case must be removed to access the HDD/WLAN/mSATA/RAM.
