Ultra-Thin

Hello Friends:

After purchasing an Acer Aspire S7 in September 2013 (i.e. recently), and after treating this laptop extremely

well (it basically stays at home and is treated well - no abuse), the "Enter" key is already getting stuck

(on the left hand side of that long key).

I think this is unacceptably too soon for this to be happening, if ever -- especiall given that my usage pattern

is lightweight and the extreme care I give to this laptop.

My question...

Has anyone else experienced this issue with the 'Enter" key (or any other key for that matter) on this model

or any other that uses the same keyboard?

I have an RMA to send it in for repair, but the ultimate question is this: "Is this a quality deficiency and/or

defect in design where key/keyboard replacement will eventually just lead to the same issue again and again?"

I'm concerned because I can't be sending this back and forth if this keyboard is too fragile.

Thoughts / experiences /  advice welcome.
