After going through the Troubleshooting process on my Acer Aspire M5-581T, it came back with three errors, see the image below. What should I do to resolve the issue?

Hello cjb2145,
1-Check in Device manager like this:
- Click on Start
- Type the command mmc devmgmt.msc in the Search box
- Check the device(s) which have a "!". Expand, double click and note the name and version of the bluetooth driver (Atheros or Broadcom)
2-Download this driver on the Acer support website
3-Uninstall the driver in Device manager (see #1)
4-Install the driver downloaded
Indicate me if you have Win7,8 64 bits.

Hello,
In the Device Manager, you'll find the Bluetooth device. Expand it and follow the instructions I gave you on the reply.
If in origin, you have Win 8.1-64 bits on your ultra-thin then it's this driver:
| Bluetooth | Broadcom | Bluetooth Driver (WLAN+Bluetooth driver) | 12.0.0.7800 | 184.3 MB | 2013/10/12 | Download |
You'll find the bluetooth user's guide on the Broadcom website.

Thank you for the guidance so far. Although my driver was not broadcom, it was atheros, I followed the same directions and now have the following text when I click in the device status:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
There is still an issue there, just a different one.

Hello,
The problem is than the function "Last Known Good Configuration" is disabled in Windows 8.
So, it's necessary to recover your system. Perhaps it exists a solution with "regedit" or "Microsoft fix it" but I don't kown it.

Problem solved. It just took a few hours to "marinate" in the sytem, your directions in your first reply fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.
