Travelmate B115s Mouse going crazy on Linux

Hi Acer-Forum,
I have an issue with my touchpad on my Acer Travelmate B115. After a while of working as expected - my mouse goes crazy. Like someone touches wildly and randomly on the touchpad including left and right clicking.

Searched in the web and didnt found something that worked.

Some Information that should be important:
- Problem on windows should be solved by reinstalling mouse driver...
- It is a fresh installation. Tried several linux distributions and none worked longer than 5 minutes.

Now I'am sort of desperate and I hope that someone can help me fixing my touchpad.
