I buy a acer k135 and i cant upgrade firmware actually am on 0.35!

i download acer k135 firmware update 0.37 on french acer website, i put it on my usb flash drive (formatted before with fat32).

i put my flash drive on the usb port of projector, i select source > media and setup i go on the firmware update section but i cant upgrade it, the projector cant see the new firmware...

i see only:

Date de sortie:

and nothing else

i test again with the new firmware on my microsd card same result.

i test again puting firmware update on the RAM of projector but nothing.

Can you help me?

When you downloaded the Firmware version 0.37, did you extract all the files from the zip folder using a computer? Within the zip file there should have been a document that provides instructions on how to perform the upgrade. Specifically look for the file "Projector MM FW upgrade SOP_K135_V0.19 to V0.37.pdf". This has detailed instructions for performing the upgrade.

Another thing you want to do is make sure you have files upgrade.bin and UPGRADEINFO.INI on the root directory of your USB flash drive.

I have the same problem. 

THe current firmware is 0.35 and I want to update it to 0.37

I have made sure that the files upgrade.bin and UPGRADEINFO.INI are on the root directory of my USB flash drive.

It does not work however.

I have the same problem with my new K135. I want to update from 0.35 to 0.37 but USB is not reconnized or it doesn't found any file.

Tried with different USB flash drives, files in the root... nothing to do.
