how do we enable virtualization VT-X/AMD-v in R5-471T-51UN bios v1.06? Task Manager shows Virtualization is enabled but docker says VT-X/AMD-V is not enabled.

Don't see Hyper-V option on my Windows 10 Home.

Strangely, Task Manager says Virtualization: Enabled, shouldn't I be able to see this in BIOS also?

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/7838 shows my processor supports Hyper-V and VT-x.
