Swift 5 killed Battery 80%

Just bought a Swift 5 and I can't see how I can limit the charge to 80% to save the life of the battery as with basicly all other models.
Whats the expected lifespan of the battery? How many recycles is it supposed to handle before dead if charging to 100% each time?
Normaly that would be 600 recycles till decimating the wh with 70%, not that good of a lifespan for a in built battery.
