R7-572 Chipset Drivers Won't Install

Every time I try to install the Win 8.1 Chipset drivers for R7-572, it says "File copying was not successful. Setup will exit."
How can this be remedied?

Sounds like a bad plan. I should get these drivers from Acer, not a third party website.
