My laptop not connecting to the internet
I've recently purchased this PC' however I've been trying to connect to wireless since 5 days, and the wireless connection is disconnecting very frequently. I'm sure that the issue is not on my wireless connection, but my Acer Spin 1 (SNID *********; S/N NXGL5EM021*********), as I'm able to surf on internet through the same wireless connection by other devices (e.g. my mobile phone, another PC etc.) without any issues. How could we solve this problem?

Hi,
Go to Device manager(right click windows logo), expand the Network adapters, highlight and right click your adapter, properties and select Driver tab, check the version whether it's 12.0.0.278, if not install after downloading it from here:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/7024?b=1&pn=NX.GL5EM.021
Try to use different DNS address, either Opendns or googledns.

Try going to Settings>Network&Internet>Change Adapter Options, right click on your adapter, and select "Diagnose".
