I have just purchased Aspire R11 and having problems with Netflix, picture stops every few minutes

so i bought the Aspire to replace kindle fire, started watching programmes on netflix and found that the screen stalls every few minnutes although the sound continues, if I'm quick enough and tap on the screen the picture catches up but otherwise I have to rewind and watch, please advise what to do otherwise it's going back to the shop!

    Do you have the Intel -.4300 video driver ? Are you running Windows 10-64 Home ? Which Processor do you have (run MSINFO32 to see) ? Are a lot of R11/R3 models.
