I tried the device manager reply to the battery issue, but I still have the "no battery detected" icon still.

It popped up 2 days ago. Yesterday, the battery bar came back (I could use the computer with and without the power plugged in), but today the "no battery" appeared and now I cant turn on my computer without the power plugged in.

Anybdy have any ideas?

    Hello,

    Have you tried this:

    1. Shut down your laptop

    2. Disconnect the AC adapter

    3. Wait few minutes

    4. Follow this procedure

Note: The battery reset pinhole is marked with this symbol AC-BRP on the bottom of the laptop.

My computer can turn on without the power but it still can't detect the battery.

    Hello,

    1. Could you check the battery values with HWMonitor zipped version (no installation) and post here a screenshot of these ones?
    2. What version of Windows do you use?
    3. Could you give me the first ten characters of the computer serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

    Hello,

Thanks for the screenshot but I don't see the battery values. Could you scroll down the HWiNFO window and post a new one?
