Acer Aspire R3 Will NOT go past "Acer" start up screen!?

I've had it for almost a year & absolutely loved it! Never had any issues with it. I always kept it inside a water proof case & put up, safe! I turned off one night, went to turn it on later the next day & it just goes to the "Acer" start up screen.. Please tell me this is fixable! And hopefully an easy fix at that.
Help!?

if you press F2 key at boot, are you able to enter BIOS?

And if I leave it on it makes 1 short beep every 60 seconds.0

try a battery reset:

if it's still not working, if you are still under warranty, please call Acer support service.
can be a dead HDD, ram issue, CPU issue or corrupted BIOS; so it's hard to fix it without opening the bottom of your laptop to troubleshoot.

Reset the battery twice. Still nothin

so, at this point, you have 2 ways:
1) go to a computer repair shop and ask them to check it
2) try some troubleshoot by your own but this involves opening your laptop (unscrew the bottom of your laptop)
it's up to you.
