 when i turn on pc it says problem with acer updater doing some of the updates from windows. I have windows 7. thanks, Cathy

Acer is aware of the issue that has been reported and has been working with Microsoft on a resolution. The link to the update should be working now, however, you may need to restart your system for the update to install correctly. If you are still having problems, Acer has posted these updates on our site for downloading. I just had a new hardrive installed in my Acer and now I don't have any of the factory features that Acer had on it. Is there a way I can update them all? My mouse etc is just not the same. P.s I am a techno-phobe!!
