This is very strange. Recently had to refresh the computer to factory default settings.

Since then have been unable to access Xbox to play the music I've stored and won't play the radio. I get a message asking if I've been travelling recently and only able to use this facility for 2 weeks and to make sure i'm using an account that matches my region . 

When I restored the computer to factory settings I think I may have chosen the wrong country location. Does anyone know how to change the location setting. I have even tried to restore the computer back to factory defaults but it won't even let me do that now - message says there was a problem resetting the computer and no changes were made. Any help greatly appreciated.
