touchpad aspire 4755G problem

I have been got trouble with my laptop touchpad..

the series is aspire 4755G..

my touchpad can't sensitive anymore if I want to zoom in/out just by touch the cross-sign on the touchpad..

so, how can I repaire it !?

The touchpad drivers may be corrupted, You need to reinstall it to resolve the issue.

Open device manager and check the touchpad device manufacturer shipped with your computer, then download and install the touchpad drivers.

Here's the weblink to download and install the drivers : download drivers
Do not enter the serial or SNID number.

You may enter the model nimber or directly go to
Group > Notebook, Series > Aspire , Products > aspire 4755G

Select the operating system from the drop down menu.

Then download and install the touchpad drivers.
