Microsoft released a fix that may resolve this issue.

i already tried all the solution that you gave except the restore method because i dont want to lose my data. Plz Help....

Is your computer not booting to Windows at all? If it is back up immediately to an external drive or blank DVD's. If it is NOT booting then you will need to remove your hard drive, and connect it to a working PC, and remove the data from it that way.
Once you've backed up, restore your computer, re-apply all updates & programs, then your data.

but i dont want to do in a hard way. i can boot . is there is any usefull program?

The only thing I can recommend is the advice given by Blayn in post 2.
I know you don't want to reinstall Windows, but sometimes it is the BEST way of making things work again!
