Hello all,   My name is Jerry and I really need some help.

I have an ACER ASPIRE 11.6  C-660 4gb that I purchased for my grandson.  Date on the box says

10-24-11

problem is :  apparently a "login" password was specified, but, I simply cannot remember what it was

Would rather not have one, and, the grandson and his mother forgot it too.

Can I get this resolved?
