Hello my acerphoto app was working great everything that was taken on phone and tablet automatically appeared on my pc in the app and also in my pictures in a folder called picstream by month...it has now stopped this picstream what is wrong? ?????? Help

Do you get an error?

Have you done any updates that you can try to roll back? 

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling Acer photo app to see if that helps.

Yes I the app needed updating on my phone and tablet around the same time the picstream stopped. If uninstall app just worried will lose pictures etc?

You should not lose any files by uninstalling the applications. If you have any photos that are valuable or irreplaceable, I recommend saving them to another storage media, prior to uninstalling the software. This is just as a precaution.
