I had to redo my laptop and I cannot find the how do I download the Crystal Eye Webcam application. Can I download the software? I do have the drivers but not the application.

Thnak you and I have done this, however Ihave seen software using the webcam, but that software is not loaded when the drivers are installed so how does one use the webcam?

Go to Acer's download site and download the application.

http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers (or the link for your country)

Click the applications tab.

I can't find it for your model either.

Assuming you have the correct driver installed (there are three) and Windows shows it as working correctly, I would simply check other models for the application and try the first one you find for your OS. It should run ok.
