can anyone help with this problem? cant acsses nothing so i can fix it...

I'm presuming you're using Windows 7. Please advise if you're not!
Restart your PC and as soon as you see the Acer logo, continually tap the F8 key. This will bring up the Advanced Boot Menu.
Select Repair your computer. After Windows loads files, select Startup Repair.
Once Windows has finished repairing - hopefully it will boot to your desktop.
