A registry cleaner affected my 2010 word starter on my acer aspire 4752z. I tried to get microsoft to fix it but they claim it was a trial version. it was NOT a trial version.
I was forced to buy 2013 word. They promised it would operate my 2010 documents. But I still keep getting error messages (Missing lisc.). I can''t attach a document and send it because it won't open for the recipient. I need proof the software I recieved was a permanate limited program and not a trial version to continue my battle with microsoft and make them fix this. I get missing lisc and click to run error messages. any1 have any proof or solution to this problem? I need my documents! TYVM

Hello susan,
Did you uninstall the old version before install the new one? I think the new Word works with the old license.
I advise you use Wise Register Cleaner portable version (no installation). It's very sure and it doesn't "break" the registers. I used for many years CCleaner and I had some issues with it.
You're able to restore your software with eRecovery: Using eRecovery to restore drivers and applications
An other solution, it's to open your files with LibreOffice (free).
