I recently bought an Acer Aspire Ultrabook. It crashed with the blue screen of death a few months ago, but I restored it to factory defaults and got it fixed even though I lost all of my personal data. Yesterday, I used my computer and turned it off. When I turned it back on, a blue screen appeared and it said, "Recovery. Your PC needs to be repaired. File: /BCD Error Code: 0xc000000d You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have any installation media, contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer. Press ESC for firmware settings" I pressed escape, but nothing happened. F11 and F10 don't work either. I can however, access the bios via F2. I have no recovery installation media. Is there any free solution to this?
