Trying to get my Aspire V3-771G repaired / replaced as the warranty expires soon and I have multiple hardware issues. I registerred the product the first week I had it, and at that time the Acer website product registration page had issues with the date format. Now I'm trying to book a case so I go to the US case booking website, enter my 11-character SNID, and I get an error message that says the SNID should be 11 or 12 characters ....

When looking into the issue you are seeing, I used the serial number of the unit and I'm showing this:
An Open request already exists for the specified Serial Number. For further assistance please get in touch with Acer.
I would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.
