I am currently restoring m acer aspire 5742-7047 to default settings using a recovery disk. I am on the last disc but it has been stuck at "now copying z:\images\pop01bl0ox00c61134.swm" at 84% it has been at 84% for about an hour now

The actual "copy progress" is at 95%

Try ro Press "ALT" + "F10" if the machine boots up

I was restoring the system through that. I ended up fixing it anyways. I think my 3rd recovery disc was defective. I just did a fresh factory reset from the data stored on the pc. It took about 3 tries but it worked in the end.

my laptop is stuck on office 2010 installation and i have no disc, i did a clean system recovery
