Your email says I have had a reply to my question, but I have not had a reply to tell me what to do, I did send an email with my corrected SNID number and a screen shot of the Bluetooth error. What is your remedy to this error, other than re-installing the Win 7 system and adding All the programmes that will be lost, due to one EXE file that has stopped working on Bluetooth stack.
I have never had a virus on my computer, I am using EMSISOFT virus protection.
