Hi! I am new and need help. Where do I type a problem description?

Lately, any work on the internet through Google Chrome is interrupted by a half-screen of what looks like format code. I will try to attach a screen print of an example. I came here because it felt like a hardware matter. I can't attach one. Machine doesn't recognize my MS password, including the correct one among several I tried. Frustrating!

    You should be able to insert an image, but it would have to be approved by a moderator before it shows up. If you click the picture of the tree icon at the top of the response, it should let you insert an image.

     

    1. In reference to your issue, what model computer do you have?

    2. Does the problem only happen in Chrome, or have you tried other browsers?
