I stupidly upgraded to windows 8.1 and want windows 8 back. My computer came with Windows 8 plus a lot of preloaded apps when I bought it.  Any suggestions?

Hi GenieP - welcome to the community!

As far as I'm aware you can't uninstall 8.1. The best thing to do is use your recovery partition to reinstall the factory version of Windows 8.0 - just remember to backup all your data otherwise it will be overwritten!

To do this press ALT & F10 when you start your computer as soon as you see the Acer logo.
