Help with acercloud

Hi, can anyone help me understand acercloud more? I was under the impression I could access files, music etc from my pc to my iphone when the pc was in sleep mode/hibernation, but it's not letting me! also, it says, when I take a picture from my iphone it automatically save on my pc, again, this is not the case. PLEASE HELP
