I have an Acer AX 3300 pc, it's a 64 bit AMD processor.
I have bought a Acer wireless mouse with USB dongle.
It came without any driver and no instructions.
I thought it should be a plug and play device but it comes up with "device not recognised" and then looks to Windows for a driver. It seems that Windows doesn't have a compatible driver. I'm not sure (now) if I need a USB driver or a mouse driver. All my USB ports work with other devices! The mouse is Acer model LC.MCE01.002
I would be very thankful if anyone can help me with this, I have tried Acer website but can't find any drivers.
Many thanks, in advance ![]()

According to Acer Direct, model LC.MCE01.002 only supported Windows up to XP.
Consequently, Acer never produced drivers for later versions of Windows.
I believe this mouse is no longer available so it would appear extremely unlikely that any new drivers would ever see the light of day.
At £14.99, it's probably easier to write this one off and look for a better mouse.
