My aspire timelinex 4830tg is running smoothly but suddenly the battery icon is attached wih an "X" sign,when i point my cursor a message flash " consider replacing your battey " ,what should i do,DO i need to take it to the acer service enters???

No, it just means that your battery has reached the end of its life, so you will need to buy a new one!

Try the Acer store for your region, or places like Amazon.
