Hi. I have an Aspire Revoview that has been working okay until I tried using it a few weeks ago. It now only brings up a screen saying that it needs the firmware updated via USB. The screen then goes blank and that's it! I tried it on another TV and same thing. The revoview's firmware was already preloaded when I first got it and it did not come with any firmware on USB or any other storage device. I have looked long and hard for the firmware to download. I emailed ACER with no luck! Does anyone have any suggestions? The revoview came included in a package with my Aspire M5910 and although I hadn't heard of one before, it has been a handy media player connected to my TV for the last couple of years .... until a few weeks ago 
I'd really appreciate anyone's ideas on where to get the firmware. Thanks.
