I don't use windows. I cannot download firmware because your website cannot work on my OSs. I do not understand an international company requiring an OS, and framework in order to display their website. This isn't 1998.

  • Websites are not OS dependent nor do they require .NET!!

.NET is a programming framework created by Microsoft that developers can use to create applications more easily. Think of it as a programming language. It is not a website requirement.

I have a number of Apple machines running OS X Mavericks. All are able to access Acer sites and download content. It should be obvious that they do not run .NET.

The problem appears to be with your current browser/configuration.
