Was your laptop shipped with AVC manager? if so how u missed it?

I have it on my Acer, but my friend have an Acer but he does not have it preinstalled.

It cannot be downloaded separately its preinstall with some models acer laptops.

Is there no way to get it?

Check in your computer acer erecovery manager for AVC in application and driver recovey  if so create a application and driver recovery disk and check if AVC is there in the disk. If so you can install it in the other computer.
