I recently purchased a 2-1 tablet from amazon which (adverstised a keyboard) however it did not come with one. I did not hold this against acer and went to website to purchase one. Under both the keyboard and the tablet it showed taht this keyboard would work for it. However after ordering it I found out it would not work. So not only did it waste my time but now I have to pay 25% of the cost + shipping to get it to me and back to them for their error on their website. NEVER buying acer again and I will repost this on every site I can.
Yet their FAQ says
"What is your refund policy?
The Acer North America store by Digital River offers a 30-day money back guarantee.
Shipping will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return of the product.
All original packaging, accessories and manuals are required."
Yet I am being charged 25% restocking fee.

I'm sorry you are having issues with Acer products.
You do not include what product you purchased from Amazon, nor which product you purchased from the Acer Store.
If you were to provide this information, it is quite possible that we could get things matched up for you.
It is always possible to call the Acer Store and speak to someone if you're having issues with finding the correct hardware.
