So i installed w7 x64 ultimate on my laptop, and notiiced that windows update doesnt work. It shows that it cannot connet to the server. After trying to solve it i found out that i need to install net framework, which i tried but it also failed because when i download the framework, and before i press install it shows me how much it has to download and it is 0. after i press install it loads a little and it  says that it was not succesful. Also tried downloading some driver searching programs, like driverpack, and it found that im missing gcdbusdevice and dcbusdevice. when i tried downlaoding them, they appear not to exist. And when i try to install daemon tools or some simillar program, it fails to install, or fails to create a virtual disk, and after that the laptop is unable to shutdown, or turn on. Then i must use restore point and then it turns on.

So yeah, some advice or help would be nice, thank you.
