I can not open my console to check my data on my server on any of my computer what do I do?

My systeme is Windows 7 and the server is a Aspire easy store H341_H42.

Now the icon is gray on the computer.
Do you think it may be the router malfunctioning?
Because sometimes I do not see my printer and I have to restart the router.

There are three ways to launch Windows Home Server Console - Windows Start menu, double-clicking the Windows Home Server icon, or right-clicking the Windows Home Server icon.
To log onto the home server using Windows Start menu: 1 On your computer, click Start > Programs > Windows Home Server Console.
2 Enter the administrator password, then click the Next arrow.
To log onto the home server using Windows Home Server icon: 1 Right-click on the Windows Home Server icon in the system tray, then select Windows Home Server Console from the pop-up menu.
Or,
Double-click the Windows Home Server icon in the system tray. 2 Enter the administrator password, then click the Next arrow.
