Aspire S7-392 Where to find backspace key
I need to replace the backspace key on my keyboard for my Acer Aspire S7-392. I've ordered a backspace key from http://www.laptopkey.com/KeyboardKeys.php/Acer/Aspire/S7-392 and from http://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/acer-aspire-s7-ultrabook-keyboard-keys-replacement-backlit/
Both key's I've recieved have been the incorrect key.
These are the keys I've gotton from both places:
And this is what the socket and key that's actaully inside my keyboard looks like:
As you can see they're quite different so the one's I've ordered haven't fit . I'm 100% sure I have the 392 model it says it right on the sticker on the back of my laptop. So my question is where can I find the key that's in the second picture? Is it possible that's the key for the 391 model? Or maybe it's a key for adifferen't model entirely I don't know but it frustrats me when I order a key for the model of laptop I have and it's no where near the key that's in my laptop.
Where can I find this key? Thanks

There have been complaints about the large keys since 2013. Are you sure thats not an updated key? Is it the same dimentions and have you tried to install it?

I don't know maybe it is an updated key here is the exact laptop: http://www.amazon.com/Acer-S7-392-9439-13-3-inch-Touchscreen-Ultrabook/dp/B00HZ4F3Z6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
Regardless of if it's an updated key or not I need to find it somewhere.
I have tried to install it and it doesn't fit, they're different deminsions.

I sent a pic of your original key to LaptopKey.
They said you need key model AC103
You can order it here:

I've already ordered a key from that website, it was linked in my original post and they sent me the incorrect key.
On the left is the key that is inside my laptop and on the right is the key that they sent me.

If the key they sent you is a key model AC103, then they don't know their keyboards. Take it to a local computer shop that's been around for a while and ask them. They might know.
