Acer R3-471T Shutdown/Hibernate problems

Hello everyone. As the title says, i have problems with both shutdown and hibernate procedures. There are many times when i try to shutdown or hibernate the laptop, the screen turns black, but the laptop still works, and it won't shutdown/hibernate, which forces me to close the laptop from the power button. Some of the times it works. So if anyone knows what the problem might be...it would be amazing. Thank you and a good day.
