Morning - I got my new Revo on 28May and I was told today that I have a software issue. I have used chat support and they were helpful to a point, then it was suggested that I phoned tech support which I did.
I was then told that I would be charged for them to fix the software issue!
Wait..what? For a machine that is only just over a month old.
If there is a software issue then thats not my fault thats the operating systems fault in a new machine and to be honest to be told that it isn't in the warrenty doesn't cut with me.
I would like to say that I like the Revo (hate windows 8.1) but I'm afraid I'm sending it back as faulty goods.. shame on you Acer what a let down
