Can I use my Acer revo 70 as a full on computer for the company I am setting up?

I have an Acer Revo 70 with an OS Windows Home Premium version 64 bit. Pre Loaded software: MS OFFICE 2010 (purchase a product key to activate) MS starter 2010. Buy Office 2010 to use the full-featured software.

Ok, my questions are :- Can I use this machine as a full on computer for the small business I am setting up? Will it handle the full Office suite? If it can should I buy the 2010 version or a more up to date version ( say 2013 ) ?

I am not anywhere near to being a computer expert, so if anyone can assist me with my enquiries I would appreciate it if they could keep their answers as simpleas possible. Thank you in anticipation of your assistance. Pete
