I don't get what you are trying to say.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I was electric shocked by the laptop while using it. What seems to be the problem? It was charging when it happened. Thank you

Very interesting never heard this happening to someone before, but it isn't impossible. Does it happen every time when you connect the laptop to the charger? Or it happens rarely? Does it happen constantly while using the laptop when connected to charger?

I can advice you to try connecting the charger in different place/building and see if you will get a shock as the reason could be that there is some earth fault in the building. Next problem could be the charger itself. And last could be a motherboard fault. These 3 more likely are the cases if you get shocks constantly. If you got a shock only once, even though it is rare, it is possible that you have created some static electricity by rubbing you hands, especially if they are hairy, on the laptop's surface while using it.

EDIT: Even if there is a fault with the laptop or charger, you shouldn't get any shock as the laptop's surface is plastic and we know that plastic is an insulator, so there is no way at any fault event that you will get an electric shock. During fault you can get an electric shock from the laptop only if you touch some metal parts like the ports and headphone jacks.

If it has happened more than once, describe how it happened and where you felt the shock. If it has happened only once don't worry about it and make sure if it happens second time to say where you felt the shock.
