i have an acer aspire laptop, dont know the details because i cant log on, it has 3 gb of ram and is windows 7. i used the laptop flawlessly for about 6 months until one day windows wouldnt start and repair couldnt fix it. i installed windows 7 professional 64 bit on the laptop and it worked, until the next day and it did the same thing. now the only way i can get the laptop to work is by reinstalling windows and leaving my computer on. please help.

Can you tell us whether the time and date is correct when you start the laptop by installing OS.
