Firstly, try using System Restore to a date when it worked perfectly, to see if that helps.
If this has no affect, then backup all your data and reinstall Windows (it's a pain, I know, but can resolve most problems). If it still fails to work, then the webcam itself will have failed, or possibly the connector has worked loose.
If it is still not working, then you will need to contact Acer support (if you're still under warranty) or visit your local PC store who should be able to help.
