I have an acre aspire 5535. I cannot login and keep going round in circles with the message which says "the user profile service failed to login. User profile cannot be loaded".  I have switched off and opened again but no change. I am not very experienced with computers so there may be a simple answer, but I would be grateful for any help.

See if you can log in in safe mode. Restart and immediately start repeatedly start tapping the F8 key.Use tje up or down key to highlight Safe Mode. After you log in go to System Restore and restore the computer to a point before the error occured.
