Hello All,

Recently i have updated my HDD so i have replaced my OS to windows 7, but unluckely i was not able to burn any DVD/CD. I can read DVD/CD but i can't write. I have searched for drivers in online but I was unlucky. If any one could help me in fixing it would be great.

Generally, it's an issue of the lower and upper filters (I don't see them on your screen copy).

You'll find many help on this Microsoft support page:

Try the fixit for Windows 7 - Resolution 2
