switch 10 split screen + rotation issue

Hi,

 

I just wonder if anybody has the same problem:

 

when in split screen option (windows are side by side) and rotated to vertical position for a few seconds it got blocked

 

i.e. screen is half black, not possible to run any application, windows button not working.

The only help is to switch it off/on.

 

Any ideas - hardware, software ?

Have you checked by installing the latest BIOS update and firmware patches for your windows tablet?

How safe is that and does it really help ? I've seen some posts here where BIOS update made no difference.

Any other advantages of updated BIOS ?

Since there are multiple issue wiht your windows tablet, the best option is to contact Acer support amd  send it in to Acer repair center to resolve these issues.

Thanks. As the repair list might extend I'll keep using the tablet and send it later to Acer repair.
