I put the system disk in the computer, then it goes to eRecovery and just has a spinning circle but never asks for the first recovery disk. What do I do?

I am sorry to hear that your system is not performing the recovery with the discs you have. This can be an indicator or either bad recovery media or a bad HDD. I would recommend first obtaining another set of recovery media. If that still fails then I would recommend testing the HDD to see if it is defective or if you are under warranty contact our technical support team in your region.
