I need to paste info to the forum to get help with a problem but don't seem to be able to.how do you do it?

Are you trying to copy and paste text? Or is it an image?  I noticed in your other thread that you said you had a reply from a company.  If it is that email, you may not post it verbatim, as private communications between individuals or companies is not permitted under the forum guidelines.

I suggest you do a screen shot of it, then put the image into an image editing program to cut it down to just the part you wish to post.  Save the file to your computer then when you make a post on the other thread, you can attach it by clicking the icon of a tree on the tool bar at the top of the message form.
