ok so almost every 3 days im geting this BS error on my es-111 never had this prop for the first 3 weeks i had it and now its doing it every 3 days.
i can do a restart (shouldnt have to) to fix it, it sometime works, but most of the time i havee to reinstoll it. this is geting realy old
a norton tool says its my screen saver. (witch i use on my desktop to with no prop)
if i knew the driver for windows 7 r working for this laptop i'll deep windows 8.1 and put windows 7 on it. cuz i know that will fix this BS
i suggest you to update your Norton 360 to the latest version.
